Chris White
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND COMPANY OWNER
Since the late 70s Chris White has practised as a commercial chartered surveyor in High Wycome and Aylesbury, setting up a new commercial office in Banbury in 1988. He has substantial experience along the M40 and until recently spent eleven years as Chairman and President of the North Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce. Chris is extremely well connected with local authorities and companies in the area. Chris is also a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough FC and loves tanks (of the military variety) and pill boxes.

Adrian Gibbins, Andrew Fairbairn and Neil Wild

White Commercial Surveyors employ three consultants who are actively involved on a day-to-day basis in providing specific areas of advice complementing White Commercial’s current expertise.

Andrew Fairburn FRICS ACI (Arb)
Andrew helps to formulate strategic policies tailored for individual clients that connect their business and investment aspirations with extracting the optimum and most relevant performance from their real estate holdings. He has undertaken research into advanced commercial property law, is an occasional lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Away from work Andrew exercises his penchant for beauty, tranquillity and excitement by alternately sailing a 7.9 metre yacht off the southern coast of Cornwall and trekking mountains in search of rock scrambles, exposed ridges and panoramic views.

Neil Wild MRICS
Neil joined Fairbairn Wild in September 1998, having previously worked for the Targetfollow Group, a property company with commercial property holdings in England and Scotland. As Portfolio Manager Neil implemented the company's asset management philosophy, including refurbishment projects, lease re-gearing and hands-on property management throughout the portfolio. He played an active part in the company's acquisition programme and re-financing strategy.

Neil's career began in East Anglia with Bidwells Property Consultants where he worked in their agency and property management departments. Now in his early 30s Neil lives in Banbury.

Adrian Gibbins BSc (Hons) MRICS
Adrian moved to Banbury in September 2003, joining Fairbairn Wild after a number of years as Real Estate Manager at American Express. Adrian’s philosophy is that property must be managed from the perspective of its entire lifetime. He therefore encourages landlord investors, owner-occupiers and tenants to adopt a strategic and holistic approach to decisions on property ownership and management, aligning these closely with their primary business goals and objectives to maximise the efficiency of their property investment.

Adrian is a firm believer in the value of teamwork and endeavours to put this into practice in his leisure time by competing in dog agility trials. He is also a member of the leadership team of Jubilee Church, Banbury.

Anita Bridge
COMPANY SECRETARY AND PA
Anita has worked with Chris White for the past ten years acting as PA and now Company Secretary and is fully involved in the day to day running of White Commercial Chartered Surveyors. Anita, previously having worked for Savills, wishes to retire to Cornwall (but not yet!)

Wendy Thorne
MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Wendy joined White Commercial Surveyors in February 2000, having previously worked at Savills and at Millward Brown Market Research.

Wendy is responsible for occupiers research and marketing for the Company.

Angie Simmons
PA
Angie joined White Commercial in 2003, having previously worked for Savills, K’Archer and 3i. Angie assists in all aspects of the running of White Commercial Surveyors including liaison and negotiation between clients and occupiers. Angie adds the international flavour to White Commercial having visited Australia, South Africa, the USA and Italy during the past three years.
