Since joining the firm in 2014, he has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, straightforward advice and building long lasting relationships with clients throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
With extensive experience across the office, industrial and retail sectors, Harvey advises occupiers, landlords, developers, investors and property companies on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and sales. His in depth knowledge of the local market, combined with strong connections across the region, enables him to help clients identify opportunities and achieve the best possible outcome.
Harvey has been awarded the RICS Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and has advised on many of the area's most significant commercial developments, particularly across Banbury, Bicester, Brackley and the wider M40 Corridor. Clients appreciate his honest, approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to providing clear, commercial advice without unnecessary jargon.
Outside of work, Harvey is a keen gamer, rarely misses a Middlesbrough match and has a longstanding interest in military history, having visited battlefields across Europe, including the Eastern Front.
