White Commercial Surveyors has recently completed the sale of two commercial property investments at Cambridge Terrace in Brackley and Baynard’s Green Business Park, near Junction 10 of the M40.

Both properties attracted more than 32 inspections during their respective marketing campaigns, providing a useful illustration of the level of engagement generated by these opportunities.

Two investments, different property profiles
The Cambridge Terrace investment comprised four industrial and office units extending to 12,407 sq ft. Its sale attracted more than 32 inspections from prospective purchasers.

At Baynard’s Green Business Park, the multi-let industrial, office and mixed-use investment extended to approximately 32,615 sq ft, in addition to a farmhouse. This property also attracted more than 32 inspections.
